Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Casual Cache! We want to make sure that you receive your order as quickly and easily as possible. 

We ship directly through FedEx, UPS or USPS, with standard shipping within the USA. We do not offer international shipping (yet!). 

We offer custom shipping rates based on the size and weight of the item:  these include handling, packaging, and shipping.  

PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to ensure that your order is processed and shipped in a timely manner, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online and get real-time updates on its status.
